Ukraine must accept proposal or army will decide: Russian Foreign Minister

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Kiev is well aware of Russia's proposal to demobilize and get out of Nazism. It is the responsibility of the Government of Ukraine to implement this proposal. If not, the Russian army will decide on it. Reuters news

"We have proposed to de-civilize and de-Nazify the Russian-controlled areas in Ukraine," Lavrov said, according to Reuters, citing the Russian state news agency. He thinks that this step is necessary to eliminate what is a threat to Russia in these areas.

1. Lavrov said, the matter is very simple. For their own good, Ukraine has to accept the proposal, otherwise the Russian army will decide on this issue. Russia's defense forces claimed on Monday that three people were killed by a Ukrainian drone strike at the Engels airbase in the south of the country.

The day before this, Russian forces bombed and launched rockets in several cities of Ukraine on Christmas Day.
