Proteins are very essential for our daily body. Proteins provide growth to our muscles and cells. Most of the people in India prefer vegetarian food. But sometimes some nutrients like vitamin B12 and protein are deficient. In clinical practice, it is common to see vegetarians with low levels of vitamin B12.

5-Nuts

12- Brussels Sprouts

In addition to being high in fiber and generally healthy as a green vegetable, Brussels sprouts are a good source of protein. Containing 3-4 grams of protein per 100 grams, it is a high protein vegetarian food that you must include in your diet. Add it to salads in addition to vegetables.

 

13- Sweet Corn

14- Avocado

Although first popular in Mexican cuisine, avocado is fast becoming a protein-rich vegetarian dish for strength training and fitness workouts. Avocados can be eaten in any way.
