 1- Sit on the yoga mat and spread your legs.  And keep your hips and neck straight.

2- Now bend your right leg and place the heel on the left thigh. And repeat the same action with the other leg.

3- When you are comfortable with bending both the legs and placing the heels on the opposite thigh, prepare Jayamudra with your hands and place them on your knees.

4- In this state, keep your elbow straight.  And now sit in this position for some time.

5- In such a situation, continue the process of breathing and exhaling regularly. This action can be repeated twice a day for three to five minutes.
