Essay on My Favourite Subject in English for Students
Lesson 15
My Favourite Subject English
By the phrase, favourite subject, what we mean is that it is a subject that we're interested in, love to study, like to spend our spare time with and don't get bored of.
English is my favourite subject. I love to read in English whatever I read. I love to read the fascinating stories, poems and novels written in English.
The reasons of my liking this subject are countless. English is an internationally spoken language as it is a language of computer, science and diplomacy.
Good speakers of English are always appreciated and given attention in all the corners of the world.
Good English always creates a good impression on the person we're speaking with; It widens employment opportunities. when it comes to get a good job, those who have a good command of English are always put in the first place.
English is highly demanded subject in the market, so those who teach the English language never find themselves between jobs. I make a quick buck by teaching English regionally, nationally and internationally.
Books related to medicine, law, science, arts, social science, technology and engineering have been written in English more than in any other language, so being acquainted with the English language always helps me understand whatever subject I study.
The thing about English that appeals to me most is that it's an easy, flexible and enjoyable language. My experience with other languages like Arabic, Urdu and Persia tells that English is more straightforward than the Arabic, Urdu and Persian languages.
In short, As English is a language of the media, internet and international communication, it is a must learn language both for socialising and getting a job.
