Just Say Yes

- I often find myself caught in the trap of negativity. The default response for many of us when faced with new challenges or opportunities is to say “no.” But as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize that saying “yes” more often can bring about new experiences, personal growth, and unexpected joy.
- One reason to say “yes” more is that it can broaden our perspectives. By taking on new experiences, we can learn about new cultures, people, and ways of life.
